1'st Generation: William & Elizabeth (Cawthorne) Cullen
Husband: William Cullen.

Wife: Elizabeth Cawthorne.

Married: 29Jan1795 Kirklington, Nottinghamshire.
Children: Note that there are other children that have not been placed as yet to any family though it is possible they also belong to William & Elizabeth. These other children are: Elizabeth ch 11Mar1810, George ch 22Mar1812, Sarah ch 04Jul1813. There should also be a brother George, born 09Jun1818, who went to America with his brother John in abt1851. George was married to Mary Nutt at Upton, Notts. George, John, and family moved to Chautauqua Co, NY by 1860.

2'nd Gen: William Cullen, s/o William Cullen.
Husband: William Cullen. Born 02Sep1796 & ch. 04Sep1796 at Upton by Southwell, Notts. Died 10Mar1863 and is buried at Upton.

Wife: Cordelia Brian. Born 1805. Died 13Mar1892 and buried with her husband at Upton. Stones for husband and wife are still legible.

Married: 05Dec1826 at Upton by Southwell, Notts.
Children: Note that the children are listed from the parish registers and from the 1851 Census.

2'nd Gen: John Cullen, s/o William Cullen.
Husband: John Cullen. ch 18Mar1804 at Upton by Southwell, Notts. Married abt1826, widowed abt1850, emigrated to the US shortly after 1851.

1'st Wife: Sarah Haslin. Sarah probably died sometime between 1848 and 1851. Her name appears on the 1851 Census as the Wife of John Cullen, widowed. Name of the second wife (in the US) is not yet known.

Married: Unknown.
Children: Note that the children are listed from family history, the parish registers, and from the 1851 Census.
